Travelodge return to the Bromley Mall!

Acting on behalf of Bromley Mall Limited, owners of the Bromley’s first modern shopping mall which was originally built in 1970, our Sevenoaks office have recently agreed terms with Travelodge who have the acquired the former Ibis hotel which fronts Elmfield Road.  The building formerly known as Berkeley House which in latter years was the headquarters of Bromley’s tech giant Splash Damage, was extended and converted into an hotel during the late 2010’s. The property became vacant early in 2024 when Ibis went out of business.

The financial terms of the transaction remain confidential although we can confirm the Travelodge lease is for 25 yeas, so they are here to stay!

Suffolk House, Sevenoaks

Another successful letting by our Sevenoaks office.  Acting on behalf of Vistry Group we have agreed terms for the letting of the ground floor (east suite) to Trans Global Projects Limited.  Extending to a usable floor area of 2,228 sq ft., the refurbished accommodation has been let for a term of years expiring August 2036.  The remaining suites ranging in size from 1,218 sq ft up to a maximum total of 9,500 sq ft., are available by way of flexible leases at a quoting rent of £38 per sq ft.

Letting to Parissis Medical Limited

We have recently let 17-19 Sheen Road in Richmond.  The new occupiers of this self-contained commercial building are Parissis Medical Limited who specialise in hair transplants and treatment for hair loss.

Marcar House, Richmond now sold

On behalf of a private property company, Michael Rogers have sold Marcar House, 13 Parkshot in the centre of Richmond to an owner occupier .  The new owners will be undertaking a refurbishment of the property.  Michael Rogers have previously managed Marcar House and carried out numerous lettings of the property.

45 St Mary’s Road, Ealing

Michael Rogers has successfully renewed the lease at 45 St Mary’s Road in Ealing to Network Business Services.  The property consists of some 6,000 sq ft and is located close to South Ealing Underground station.  The tenant is a serviced office provider.

Making maths fun for children…

Lettings are really adding up at our Richmond office!  They have let 76 Sheen Lane in SW14 to Mathsnasium, an educational user who make maths fun for children. We hope they are a “total” success…. 😉

43 London Road, Twickenham

Our Richmond office have just let 43 London Road in the centre of Twickenham to a new convenience store.

Another successful letting – Allied House, Twickenham

Michael Rogers has successfully let Allied House, some 8,500 sq ft of office space in the centre of Twickenham.  The tenant is a serviced office provider and the building is currently undergoing a  major refurbishment.

Prospero, Redhill – Letting

Acting on behalf of Plan Insurance, Michael Rogers have let surplus space to Vertiv Infrastructure Limited.

New letting at historic Platts Eyot in Hampton to EKKA Limited

Boatbuilding began on the Island in 1868.  Nowadays, Platts Eyot offers a unique island location for business with units suitable for office, studio or workshop use.  Following the letting to EKKA Limited, numerous units from 500 sq ft remain available.
