Michael Rogers have let 6,350 sq ft of offices on the second floor of Fonteyn House, Reigate.  Acting on behalf of Geoffrey Osborne Limited, a new sub-lease has been acquired by Infinity Tracking Limited, who are moving from nearby premises.  The accommodation offered fully fitted, well planned space, with quality furniture.

Major Lettings at Grosvenor House, Redhill

Acting on behalf of Orbit Development Southern, Michael Rogers has let 22,000 sq ft in Grosvenor  House, Redhill.  Lactalis McLelland have taken the entire floor totalling 16,500 sq ft.  Deutsche Leasing UK Ltd have acquired 5,500 sq ft on part of the ground floor.

There are now only two suites available of 1,834 sq ft and 3,719 sq ft at a quoting rent of £29.50 per sq ft.
