David started his career in the West End of London where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990.  He worked for Matthews and Goodman for ten years before joining Donaldsons where he was a Partner.  He focused on office development and agency, both acquisition and disposal instructions.  David now runs the Michael Rogers’ Central M25 office and specialises in advising developers, landlords and tenants on office real estate, particularly around that region.  A highly experienced surveyor, David has an extensive and varied client base. 

Roger Duke is a specialist in the Industrial Agency and Development Market with detailed knowledge of this sector in London and the Home Counties. He began to specialise in the industrial market when he joined Donaldson’s in the West End, where he subsequently became a partner. At Michael Rogers LLP as industrial partner, he has been involved with major industrial acquisition and development projects and specialising in the southern M25 area from Dartford through to the M4. Roger has advised many developers, landlords and tenants on agency matters.  

Theresa Ramsden LLB (Hons)

Theresa has had  over 30 years experience dealing with legal compliance, accounting and organisational issues within a variety of sectors including property, charity, distribution and pensions management. She has been involved with Michael Rogers for over 20 years and previously with the Bunzl and GKN groups including holding trusteeships in their respective pension funds.

Quentin is experienced in providing property management consultancy advice in addition to the day-to-day management of a broad range of property across the UK. He has worked both as agent and as client. As agent with London agents, Cyril Leonard & Co., DTZ and Chesterton. His client-side roles have covered both the private and public-quoted property sector, including Minerva Plc as their Property Management Director. Quentin endeavours to combine the fundamentals of good quality property management with sound asset management input.

Sue has been working in accountancy for over 30 years with a strong commercial background. Her career has given her broad experience across a number of sectors; in manufacturing – with BMW Oxford, in education – at University of Oxford, and healthcare – Caretech & Dimensions. Sue has also worked in leisure, retail and accountancy practices. This broad commercial and academic experience brings a solid commercial perspective to the mainstay of her skillset – a strong background in the property sector. Sue has worked for property developers, commercial and residential letting agencies, a franchise company selling estate & letting agencies, as well as Jones Lang LaSalle. 

Debbie joined Michael Rogers Property Management in 2021 following careers in high street banking, as a paramedic and more recently in the Facilities Management department of Arlo Holdings. This undoubted level of frontline experience of dealing with pressurised situations has put Debbie in a great place to take on the varied responsibilities that come with the role of Facilities Manager. 

Libbi has a background in interiors, architecture and graphics; this includes concepts, strategy, client and consultant liaison. Libbi has designed retail, residential and office environments using her skills of space planning, design development and specification, lighting, budgeting, auditing and large-scale project management. At Michael Rogers Libbi looks after the compliance requirements of the property management portfolio.
