Debbie joined Michael Rogers Property Management in 2021 following careers in high street banking, as a paramedic and more recently in the Facilities Management department of Arlo Holdings. This undoubted level of frontline experience of dealing with pressurised situations has put Debbie in a great place to take on the varied responsibilities that come with the role of Facilities Manager.
