Jeremy Smith has been operating in the Property Investment Market based in the West End of London since the mid 1980’s.
He began his career at Donaldsons, qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 1982, moving to Hillier Parker (now CBRE) in 1985 to undertake Investment work. He has subsequently worked for Harvey Spack Field, the out of town retail specialist and became a Partner in Cavells in 1990 before the merger with Michael Rogers LLP in 1993.
Jeremy is based in the West End of London and Richmond, and focuses on Investment brokerage work and development opportunities, advising Property Companies, Family Trusts, Private Individuals and Institutional clients on the Acquisition, Asset Management and disposals of all types of commercial property, but mainly concentrates on offices and retail in the South East.
