Chris Bulmer joined Michael Rogers in April 2005 and works in the Office Agency Team.
Focussing initially on the West London Office Markets, Chris now covers a wider area including M25 Surrey Towns. Chris specialises in the letting, sale and acquisition of office space and has been involved in a number of projects from ‘Small Unit’ owner-occupier schemes to advising on refurbishment and letting of Grade A office developments.
His clients include Threadneedle, Scarborough Group, Hermes Real Estate and Verve Properties, as well as other funds, property companies and private individuals. Chris became a Partner at Michael Rogers in 2010.
