Michael Roger LLP's team of Chartered Surveyors has years of experience in the valuation of commercial property for wide ranging purposes including Bank Lending, Company Accounts, Redevelopment, Taxation including Capital Gains Tax, Rating, Probate, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation.
We are on the panels of many of the leading banks including Barclays, Lloyds TSB, Clydesdale, Yorkshire Bank and also receive instructions from a number of other banking organisations such as Handelsbanken, Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO, Alpha Bank and First Trust. We also undertake valuations for a number of the building societies who lend on commercial property.
Where appropriate our valuations comply with the latest RICS Valuation Standards and guidelines and involve a considerable database of local knowledge from throughout the Southern M25, London and Home Counties area.
Every valuation is undertaken by a partner involving research of the market for comparable evidence which is carefully analysed and working closely with our agency colleagues to ensure a thorough knowledge of local market conditions and recent transactions.
