We expect to resolve instructions by negotiating the best terms for our clients but in the event that it is not possible to agree a revised rent level and/or new lease terms we are very experienced in the capacity of an Expert Witness, either in Arbitration/Independent Surveyor references or at a Court Hearing. Moreover we guarantee Partner level participation throughout the process of any Rent review or Lease Renewal instruction.
