Henry Boot Developments’ (HBD) London office has completed its latest project in Greater London, a £4.5m Travelodge Hotel in Bromley.
The project is one of several currently being undertaken by HBD’s London team, which moved into larger offices at Portland Place earlier this year to accommodate the continued growth of its team, which is currently delivering a pipeline with a development value in excess of £300m.
The new 59-bed hotel, to be known as Travelodge London Bromley Town Centre, has created 20 new jobs in Bromley and forms part of the hotel chain’s continuing UK expansion plan and the chain’s third hotel in Bromley, it has been designed in line with its ‘Travelodgical’ contemporary room design.
Adrian Schofield, Director at HBD, said: “This latest addition to the Travelodge portfolio will no doubt prove successful – demand has remained robust for budget hotels and, being its third hotel in Bromley, it’s a tried and tested location that has consistently proved popular.”
