Acting on behalf of a Private Property Company, Michael Rogers have sold the Freehold of 16 Petersham Road, Richmond.
The 7,752 sq ft office building was developed in 1999 and owner occupier before being acquired by our client in 2007. The building was then let to a single tenant on a ten-year lease.
The successful sale shows that considerable demand remains for good quality investments. Post Brexit we have seen that real estate has continued to be a sought after income producing investment, with increased emphasis on “safe havens” for investors capital. With an influx of investments available in the South East and London this has provided a relatively buoyant market in this area with demand for properties in strong locations.
